Return Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth return and refund process. Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will email you to notify you that your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping Costs: We will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.

Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. If there are any signs of abuse, damage, or improper use, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of damage or is not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund based on the extent of the damage or missing parts.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately to start the return process. Please email us pictures of the faulty or damaged item(s), your order number, purchase date, and full name. We will respond within 48 hours.

Mattress and Foundation Returns

Mattresses are eligible for return within seven days. The return process is similar to other items, but please note the following conditions:

  • Refunds cannot be processed if the mattress has stains, bodily fluids, missing tags, damage, or is used without an appropriate foundation or solid base.
  • We strongly recommend using a high-quality mattress protector to prevent stains and damage.

Condition of Returned Mattresses: To ensure a refund, the mattress must be in the same condition as when it was received. Any indications of misuse or damage will result in the refund being denied.

Exchange Policy: If you prefer to exchange the item rather than receive a refund, don't hesitate to contact us to arrange the exchange.
